LONMAY began with the founding of Guangzhou Xianghe Decoration Material.

Wastewater Treatment:
Production wastewater is pretreated through an oil and residue separation tank, followed by a three-stage septic tank, before being discharged into the municipal sewage system. It is then directed to the Heyun Wastewater Treatment Plant and ultimately released into the Heyun River.
Air Emissions Treatment:
Exhaust from coating, drying, and printing processes is treated separately using “UV photolysis + activated carbon” systems. The treated emissions are discharged through 15-meter-high exhaust chimneys (P1 and P2), achieving a VOC removal efficiency of 85%.

Solid Waste Management:
Hazardous waste, including glue and ink-contaminated rags/screens (HW49), oil-soaked rags (HW49), used UV lamps (HW29), and spent activated carbon (HW49), is collected and handled by certified disposal companies. Scrap materials, waste packaging boxes/bags are recycled by material recovery companies. Food waste and waste grease are handled by qualified disposal providers, while household waste is managed by sanitation departments.
Noise Control:
We prioritize the use of low-noise equipment and implement vibration reduction, soundproofing, and noise suppression measures.
